TCXC series planar magnetic separator
TCXC series planar magnetic separator Working principle The granular (powdery) raw material and its magnetic metal inclusions form an annular layer of materials around the magnetic bar after going through the inlet. The magnetic metal inclusions are magnetized and adsorbed on the surface of the permanent-magnet pole plate while the granular (powdery) raw material passes through the magnetic field area and flows outside of the machine from the outlet at the lower end. Therefore the separation is realized.
CharacteristicsThe shell is welded from quality stainless steel.
7 ~ 11 magnetic bars are equipped, with the magnetic field intensity be equal to or more than 4500 Gauss.
The magnetic material is ferroboral with its efficiency of iron removal >99%.
The magnetic irons are specially arranged to ensure that the magnetic field intensity of the surface of magnetic bars is evenly distributed.
The Quick clamping system is also provided.
The drawer-type structure facilitates the cleaning of metal substances adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic bar. Application The machine is mainly used for separation of the magnetic metal inclusions from the raw material in grain processing factories, fodder processing factories and chemicals works in various scales.
